Read the note provided there. Actually, I see that you don't even need to open the page as this site renders the first part of the text of that page and it gives the game away too.
For the record, I have never used that window and didn't even know it existed before reading your post. I simply opened it from the View menu, clicked it and pressed F1 to do to the relevant documentation page, then scrolled down to find that information. Forums like this are great for getting help with things that you can't figure out for yourself and I don't want to discourage you from using it that way but you should ALWAYS read the relevant documentation as part of trying to solve a problem for yourself first. Context-sensitive Help (F1) has been a thing in Windows for decades, so there's no good reason for you to not use it.
