Question Newbie Alert

Hello C# users,
Question, What tutorial is the best for a noob at programming.
I've dabbed in programming to know enough about if/else statements and basic commands, but I'm not really familiar with loops, classes, and functions (Not sure if there is functions in C#) As you see I'm a noob
