what is a good practice to make a multicliente web aplicacion.
How to to now is a Login is from cliente 002 or 003 or if some one can login to multi clientes.

Your question is very vague. Any web application is inherently multi-client if it's installed on a web server. A single-client web application would be a rather stupid idea. As for identifying clients, you would normally do that by IP address.

If i have 5 clientes and 5 sites and 3 of them can login to the 5 sites 2 only can login to site 1 and the other to site 2 How can this be done
