How to build a dating app?

Are there any guides or something on the subject? I've seen articles and streams on developing of online-shop and on whole range of different types of websites and apps on everything but dating sites.

This site is dedicated to C# development specifically, not development in general. If you have a question on how to implement something in C# then that is appropriate but this question is simply far too broad and certainly has nothing to do with web deployment, which is the forum you've posted in. As far as the C# coding aspect is concerned, building a dating app is no different to any other type of app. You need to decide what it is that you need to implement first and then determine the best way to do that in C#. TextBoxes, Labels, data access, etc, don't change because the app is for dating. If you don't already have a fair idea of what you're trying to implement in C# then you're a bit premature in posting a question here.
