.exe and antivirus

I develop using C#.
When I produce an exe, this file is deleted from antivirus and this a problem.

If I sign with a "Code Signing Certificate" resolve this problem?

That depends on exactly why it's being deleted. If a known virus signature is detected then it will still be deleted. What does the antivirus software report?

Also a lot of the modern AV's monitor app behavior. If your app is doing something suspicious or explicitly malicious, your app can also get quarantined.
