I suggest using Web API instead of WCF.

This is a perfect example of why, as I said in another thread of yours, a brief title and no explanation is inadequate. WCF still has a place but Web API is a better option for certain things that WCF would previously have been used for. If you provide no explanation of what you're trying to achieve and why, we can't evaluate the best way to answer the question.
